Location was good. Price was reasonable for one person.
Room was dirty, inside coffee pot, bathroom wall, carpet was too. Also, I booked through Booked.net, the hotel did not receive my booking. Someone broke a glass in front of my door. Noisy at night, hard to sleep. Not so good. The room was booked for 4/30/10 and 5/1/10, not 7/5/10. Please correct this.

Fairly clean hotel, loved to be not far from stores, restaurants, gas station and a Walmart, and the train tracks n in front of freeway thanks to particularly good location. My room was beautifully maintained & fully-equipped with all the facilities and the amazing free breakfast, as for instance.

Quiet, clean. Check in staff seemed organized and prepared. Seemed like they were waiting for me, so it took only minutea to check in. Decent breakfast selections.
Room did not have microwave and refrigerator like I had hoped, but was given the lower rate because the room did not have it. 2 very large groups were there and made breakfast time very busy. The attendant was working feverishly to keep up.

It took 90 minutes to check in, and all in line had lost reservations. The clerk was inexperienced and just plain lost as to what to do. The website claimed a smoking room, but the hotel is totally non-smoking. The room, when we finally got there, was plain. The bath tub had black mold. I could go on...

The hotel was a comfortable base for our family, including our dog, and the staff was very accommodating. The room had a mini-fridge and microwave, easy for late-night snacks.
In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options were lacking.
